Andrew Vallely is the founder of Vallely Legal LLP and Partner, with extensive experience in the field of criminal defence advocacy, Andrew is one of the most respected criminal law solicitors in the field. Andrew has represented clients and public figures in a wide range of cases and criminal trials and investigations. Andrew also advises clients in respect of regulatory offences and represents clients before Tribunals of Investigation. Andrew is also a prominent criminal legal aid solicitor and acts for clients daily before the Courts. Andrew is a specialist Garda Station Solicitor and attends regularly at interview with clients suspected of criminal offences and under investigation, both by appointment and on arrest by Gardai.

Andrew King is a Partner, who prior to joining practice with Andrew Vallely was a practising barrister and member of the Bar of Ireland for 12 years. Andrew has represented clients across the courts system, providing specialist advice to clients who are subject to criminal charges and the trial process. Andrew is an experienced practitioner and well-respected legal aid solicitor. Andrew specialises in criminal law and acts for clients daily before the Courts.

MARK SMITH

Trainee Solicitor

Mark Smith is a Trainee Solicitor who works within our Criminal Trials Department. Mark attends Court and assists counsel on our nationwide trial caseload. Mark maintains a daily relationship with clients and criminal stakeholders and provides key assistance in the successful operation of our trial caseload, to include serious criminal allegations/offences before the Circuit Criminal Court and Central Criminal Court. Mark also deals with High Court Bail Applications and Judicial Review Application
